Parent's letters are included at the back of IPC units. The digital versions can be accessed by going to your units in the Members' Lounge. To enter the Members' Lounge you will need a username and password which is supplied when schools subscribe to IPC Annual Membership. For further support please telephone the IPC office Tel +44(0) 75319696 Or email Lori Jobling, lori@greatlearning.com

The IPC is now in 52 countries around the world and although we do not have regional offices in every country we are able to send trainers and consultants to work with schools in every location. If you would like to learn more about the IPC, discuss training and conferences and find out if there is a school implementing the IPC near to you please telephone the IPC office or email - janice@greatlearning.com

The International Primary Curriculum (IPC) is an international curriculum providing a cross-curricular, thematic, rigorous teaching structure designed to engage children of all abilities in today’s world. The IPC programme provides teachers with over 70 flexible, themed units for teachers to use with children from Early Years to Year 7. For more details please request and information pack and call the IPC office to speak to one of the team about implementation and costs. Costs are based on the IPC components that you are interested in. The IPC team are also available to visit schools, meet with head teachers, give presentations to teachers and will attend regional conferences.

Why does the teacher's manual keep coming up in German rather than English ... when it says English in the appropriate box?

Is there a list of ICT learning goals for the Early Years units? If so, where?

Assessing IPC subjects
Can I ask how people in the UK are assessing individual subjects when teaching the IPC and keeping the records? We are just starting out on it and I'd appreciate any ideas other than using the NC level descriptors and highlighting when children have achieved them, which seems to be the way we may go. Many thanks.

Outdoor Classrooms in primary Schools

Dan Charnley

Do the IPC have any guidelines or learning outcomes for Outdoor classrooms in primary schools? I'm currently researching for a Masters dissertation in Landscape Architecture and am looking into the role they have in designing and implementing successful outdoor classrooms. Thanks

The IPC has not produced guidelines for learning outside of the classroom, however, many of our learning goals and units of work involve outdoor learning. If you would like a sample unit please contact the IPC office.
